Kennedy Valve rolls out team recognition program

Kennedy Valve has instituted a new team member recognition program utilizing the McWane Way Compass and the 8 guiding principles of Safety, Leadership, Accountability, Excellence, Trust, Teamwork, Communication and Environment. Any team member can nominate another team member by contacting Tricia Reidy, the Manager of Employee Engagement.

Team members nominated Bill Ballance to receive this recognition for Excellence after he shared an idea that simplified a process on the floor.
