Futurecom User Experience Day & BBQ
August 21, 2014
As a means of better understanding our customers, Futurecom held a user experience day on August 21st. Vaughan Fire and Metrolinx Transit Security brought their DVRS equipped vehicles to the Futurecom facility for all employees to see a DVRS in use as well as talk to the firefighters and Transit Security who are using Futurecom products in their daily lives.
One of the highlights of the day was when Team Member Shae Dimitriu in the Accounts Payable Department met the firefighter who rescued her from an abandon well when she was 2 years old. A surprise coincidence.
The User Experience Day was capped off with a BBQ where employees and customers we able to mingle. Everyone who attended came away with learning something new about our customers. Customer feedback was extremely positive as they appreciated the interest in improving their job experience and to be able to provide feedback directly to a supplier.
